Grand Theft Auto Snow Andreas 3.8

Modifies the game's entire map by adding snow and snowfall to it. It includes a weather control setting, more than 1,700 new textures, 152 new vehicles and 35 new clothing items. The add-on also brings new missions, Easter eggs, and improved driving as well as car tuning.
